Rifflandia was probably my largest learning curve of my entire photography career. I had gotten my Canon 50D a week and a half prior, and was still getting used to using it. It was also the first time I was dealing with such difficult and complicated light. On top of that, I was working morning shifts from 7 - 3:30 and had next to no sleep after the long nights. Needless to say, I've been dying to find time to look at all the pictures I briefly scraped over, especially since I got Lightroom 3. Here are some pictures you may have seen, and quite a few gems I found that I never knew existed that you haven't seen. It was quite an interesting experiment to see how I was shooting back then. I can't wait to shoot it again this year - this time I'll know my way around Live photography much better, but you can be the judge of that.
